We do this for ourselves and for our customers, ensuring complete transparency and traceability. Roasting is done traditionally in a drum roaster – right up to the point where the coffee is perfectly roasted. We take our time! Precisely the time the green coffee needs to become a truly exceptional roasted coffee.
