What to do in case of damage?

Dear customer,

Thank you for your order! We take great care to package your order carefully and correctly. However, should any transport damage occur, it must be reported immediately by the recipient to the carrier and to us, and a damage report must be filed.

PLEASE CHECK EACH SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT FOR COMPLETENESS AND UNDERSTANDING!

1.) Have any externally visible damage certified immediately upon acceptance.
2.) Report any concealed damage immediately after unpacking.
3.) If possible, take a photo and send it along.

Postal delivery:
Germany: immediately notify the responsible post office.
Luxembourg: notify the relevant post office immediately.
Austria: Immediately notify the relevant post office and request a report of the incident. Reporting deadline: 24 hours.

Parcel service:
Report to the sender immediately, stating the package number. Reporting deadline is immediate.

Shipping company:
Immediately after unpacking the goods, take a photo of the damage and the packaging. Email this along with a damage report to the sender.

Only then can the damage be processed by us or the transport company's insurance company, and we can provide a replacement. Return shipments can only be made after consultation with us.
