If you wish to return goods from deliveries made by us, please print out the form below, fill it in, and include it in the package. To register the return in advance, please copy or photograph the return slip and send it by email to bestellung@mondodelcaffe.de.

If possible, pack the goods in the original packaging (other packaging can also be used, but we recommend recycling old packaging where possible) and enclose the completed return slip with the package.

Danger:

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been correctly received at our warehouse and is being processed. This can take up to 5 business days.
