This organic espresso blends select Arabica beans from South and Central America with a washed Indian Robusta to create a harmonious mix. The result is a powerful espresso with delicate fruity notes, spicy accents, and a well-balanced structure. Its subtle acidity makes it particularly easy to digest, while notes of spice, dark chocolate, and a light roast round out the flavor profile.
Careful roasting for a full-bodied aroma
We roast our coffees/espressos individually using a drum roaster and only blend them afterward. This post-blending process allows each variety to develop its full aroma, resulting in a complex and balanced espresso. The late blending ensures a precise balance of flavors and delivers an intense taste experience with a velvety crema.
Sustainable cultivation and quality assurance
The coffee comes from certified organic farms, where chemical fertilizers and pesticides are not used. The farmers rely on sustainable farming methods that keep the soil fertile and promote the natural development of the coffee plants. In close collaboration with the farmers, continuous efforts are made to improve the quality.
Organic & Demeter coffee and organic & Demeter espresso at Mondo del Caffè
Sustainability is an integral part of our philosophy. Our focus is not only on organic or Demeter certification, but above all on the quality of the green coffee beans. Each individual variety is regularly tasted to develop optimal roasting profiles and to bring out the best in every bean.
