We offer the Rocket R58 version 3, which includes a magnetically attached drip tray, shot timer, and PID control. Since the upgrade in July 2020, the machine's design has been subtly refined. The new X-shaped feet now serve as a striking visual highlight. The PID controller is now connected directly to the left side of the machine, making it easier and more intuitive to use.

The brew group is heated by a hot water circulation system. All controllable PID functions, including optional plumbed-in operation and separately switchable boilers, are operated via a side-mounted communication panel, which can be detached at any time without disrupting the machine's analog design. Precise boiler technology limits the maximum power consumption of the two heating elements to 1550 watts, so that the brew boiler reaches its factory-set temperature of 105 °C after just 7 minutes from a cold start. Almost simultaneously with the first perfectly tempered espresso in the cup, the R58 is at full steam power another 8 minutes later.
