The Eureka Mignon Silenzio is a successor to the legendary Eureka Mignon grinder. Visually, it retains the popular design of its predecessor, but technically it represents a significant advancement that leaves nothing to be desired. Among its key features is a noise-reduced construction, enabling remarkably quiet operation. Like Eureka's professional grinders, it incorporates ACE technology, which prevents clumping and electrostatic charging of the ground coffee. It features a microswitch with a start/stop function. The micrometric grind setting is infinitely adjustable via the rotary dial.
