The Bezzera Matrix is Bezzera's flagship machine and, with its transparent plexiglass side panels and integrated lighting, a true visual highlight. The new Bezzera Matrix Top MN isn't just about looks; its technical specifications are also impressive. With a 1550-watt heating element, the Bezzera Matrix heats up quickly and is ready to use in no time.
The display allows you to adjust the brewing temperature, energy-saving mode, and other settings. Overall, the Matrix is very intuitive to use.
When you consider the technical features, the optimized usability, and the adjustable brewing temperature, some might notice that there are hardly any differences compared to a modern commercial espresso machine (except that the Bezzera Matrix doesn't have a second or third brewing group). Therefore, we also recommend this machine for smaller offices, bakeries, or bistros.
