Bezzera's new top-of-the-line model is the Matrix. With a rotary pump, PID control, and multi-boiler technology, it offers everything a barista could wish for.
The DE (Dosatore Elettronico) version features four adjustable pushbuttons on the front panel, which can be individually configured by the customer. This is controlled by a flow meter (a flow sensor). Overall, this is a machine that deserves a place even in a small coffee shop. The technology in the Bezzera Matrix is the same as in larger multi-boiler machines, which, however, have more than one brewing group.
