Guide for visitors to our coffee roastery
To ensure your visit is safe, pleasant and hygienic, please observe the following guidelines:
1. No strong perfume or deodorant
- Intense fragrances can distort the aroma of the coffee.
2. Hair care & beard
– Please tie back long hair.
- Wear a hairnet and, if necessary, a beard net (provided on site).
3. Clothing & Shoes
– Please wear closed shoes (or even better: safety shoes).
4. Hygiene
Please wash/disinfect your hands before entering the production areas.
- Do not bring any food or drinks into the production area.
5. Safety
- Follow the instructions of the staff at all times.
- Do not touch machines and equipment unless expressly permitted.

Seminar guidelines:
Registration:
Registration creates an obligation to pay. The registration is valid unless cancelled by the organizer.
Participant:
Early registration is requested as the number of participants is limited. In the event of insufficient or excessive registration, the organizer reserves the right to offer an alternative date or to limit the number of places per company.
Cancellation:
Cancellations by participants must be made in writing and are free of charge up to 9 days before the event. No processing fee will be charged.
From 9 days before the event, 50% of the fees are due.
The full participation fee is payable from 5 days before the event in case of no-show. A representative of the
Registration is always possible for registered persons.
Cancellation:
If the seminar is cancelled by the organizer, any participation fees already paid will be refunded. No further claims can be made.
Liability:
The organizer is not liable for accidents, damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings and vehicles. The organizer also assumes no liability for damages caused by or through participants.
