The manuka plant (Leptospermum scoparium) grows exclusively in New Zealand. Its flower nectar contains the natural compound MGO, which makes this honey so special. The higher the MGO level, the stronger its beneficial properties. Traditional Maori medicine has long used the plant for skincare and cleansing.
Perfect on its own, in tea or muesli. Natural crystallization does not indicate a loss of quality. Store below 25°C. Not suitable for children under 12 months.
