What makes matcha so special?
Matcha is known for its antioxidant properties, which support the body. The caffeine it contains has a gentle and long-lasting effect, while L-theanine provides relaxed alertness – ideal for starting the day or for an energy boost in the afternoon.
Here's how to make your perfect matcha latte:
- Mix: Thoroughly mix 15 g of organic Matcha Latte powder (approx. 2 tsp) with 50 ml of hot water.
- Pour on: Add 200 ml of hot (not boiling) milk or plant-based alternative – ideally frothed for a creamy texture.
- Enjoy: Stir and experience the harmonious taste!
Tip: For a vegan alternative, simply prepare with oat or almond milk!
