
Organic whole milk chocolate (40%) from certified organic farming. Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, organic cocoa (40%), organic granulated milk. Preparation: Dissolve 3-4 heaped teaspoons (20 g) of organic whole milk chocolate in warm milk (ideally 80°C). Stir and enjoy!
Recipe idea: Chocolate Hazelnut Overnight Oats
A healthy breakfast that tastes like dessert! Soaking overnight allows the milk chocolate to develop its full aroma and blend perfectly with the oatmeal.
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 3–4 tsp Plaisir Organic Whole Milk Drinking Chocolate
- 50 g rolled oats (quick or coarse)
- 150 ml milk or plant-based drink (e.g. oat or almond drink)
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional, for better binding)
- 1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts or a dollop of hazelnut butter
Preparation: Place the rolled oats, whole milk chocolate powder, and chia seeds in a screw-top jar or bowl. Pour the milk over them and stir well until the powder is mostly dissolved. Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight). Before serving, stir briefly and garnish with chopped hazelnuts or hazelnut spread.
Tip: If you like a fruity breakfast, try adding half a banana. The combination of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and banana is an absolute classic.
