
Organic dark drinking chocolate from certified organic farming. Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, organic cocoa (45%), organic granulated milk. Preparation: Dissolve 3-4 heaped teaspoons (20 g) of organic drinking chocolate in warm milk (ideally 80°C). Stir and enjoy!
Recipe idea: 2-minute mug cake
A delicious dessert in just 2 minutes!
Ingredients (1 cup):
- 3-4 tablespoons of Plaisir dark drinking chocolate, organic
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of milk or plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp neutral oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
Preparation: Mix the dry ingredients directly in a large, microwave-safe mug. Add the milk and oil and stir everything with a fork until you have a smooth batter. Microwave the mug for approximately 80–90 seconds at 800 watts. The cake should be firm on top but still slightly moist in the center.
Tip: For extra enjoyment, you can press a piece of milk chocolate into the middle of the dough before baking – this creates a liquid center.
