Colombia Pink Bourbon: The adventure begins at the port
This coffee is a sensation – and not just in the cup. Our Pink Bourbon from Finca Buenos Aires was transported to Europe by sailing ship. With this, we are sending a clear signal for emission-free logistics and maximum respect for nature. A total of only 35 kilograms of this sailed microlot are available.
The magic of Pink Bourbon
Pink Bourbon is a rare, natural cross between red and yellow Bourbon. It is considered a hybrid jewel among connoisseurs because it combines the sweetness of Bourbon with the floral notes of a Geisha. On Jesús Bedoya's farm, it grows under the protection of native trees in the "Flower Corridors" project, which does without agrochemicals and promotes biodiversity.
A clear taste profile
Thanks to the classic washed processing, the coffee retains its radiant brilliance. Look forward to a profile that reflects precision and terroir.
Why the 200g aluminum can?
With a total quantity of only 35kg, every bean counts. To protect the fleeting floral aromas of this rarity, we deliver the Pink Bourbon in our new 200g aluminum can. It guarantees optimal light and aroma protection.
Strictly limited – Harvest 2025/2026
Only a few trees on a small plot provide the cherries for this nanolot. Hand-picked, regeneratively grown, and climate-friendly sailed.
Milk: The delicate floral structure is too sensitive for milk fat. Enjoy this coffee black.
