Instructions for use:
- Dosage: Pour approximately 7–9 g of coarsely ground coffee per cup.
- Prepare the water: Bring to a boil, then let cool for 15–20 seconds (88–93 °C).
- Pouring & Stirring: Pour water over the coffee grounds and stir – a golden-yellow foam will form.
- Steeping time: Let it steep for 3-4 minutes, then slowly press down the plunger.
Note: Do not let coffee stand for too long – otherwise it will become bitter.
Tip: For milder coffee, simply shorten the brewing time slightly.
