Espresso Classico is a powerful espresso blend made from 60% Arabica and 40% Canephora (Robusta) beans.

A pulped, naturally processed Arabica from Brazil, harmonized with the spiciness of a washed Robusta (Canephora) from India, rounded off by the delicate acidity of one of Guatemala's finest highland coffees. Roasted by us using traditional methods and with care. A true classic for espresso machines. It impresses with a rich crema and is not too bitter.

We recommend using 8-9g of finely ground espresso per shot. The perfect extraction time is between 27 and 29 seconds (for 30ml), at a brewing temperature of 93°C. Body: balanced, robust
