The Dalla Corte Max is the most advanced grind-on-demand espresso grinder in the Dalla Corte portfolio – optimized for professional use in the catering industry. Equipped with 65 mm burrs, highly precise grind adjustment in increments of just 0.01 mm, and automatic portafilter recognition, the Max enables exceptionally consistent and reproducible extraction.
As soon as the portafilter is inserted, the grinder automatically detects whether it's a single or double dose and starts the appropriate grinding process. Perfect for busy service times or precise barista work in competition mode.
