This fair trade dark chocolate was hand-scooped by the chefs and trainees in the cafeteria's training kitchen, refined with fine Caffè Corrects beans from Mondo del Caffè, and packaged by hand. Ingredients
Cocoa mass, whole cane sugar, coffee beans (contain caffeine), cocoa powder, cocoa solids: 70% minimum. Due to production processes, may contain milk (including lactose), tree nuts (e.g., nuts), and gluten.
