Service & Warranty Information

To ensure that your device is repaired quickly and professionally, all service and warranty cases are handled exclusively by our in-house workshop (MS Automatenservice).

Please note that free warranty processing is only possible if the device is sent to or personally delivered to our workshop in Luxembourg. We cannot cover repairs not handled by our company under warranty.

Your Options:

  • Personal Drop-off: Feel free to visit by appointment.

  • Shipping: Please send the device securely packaged for transport (if necessary, on a pallet) to: MS Automatenservice S.à.r.l., 6, rue Pierre Richardot, L-6468 Echternach.

(Note: Transport costs to the workshop location are to be borne by the customer.)
