The Rocket Mozzafiato is a classic 2-boiler machine for home use or semi-professional application from the Italian manufacturer Rocket.
Rocket has remained true to its design principles. The successor to the Cellini presents a substantial appearance with the large brew head relief valve behind the actual brew group (E61). This group is heated thermosiphonically (heated water circulates within the group). Two rotary knobs for steam and hot water, as well as two pressure gauges (pump and boiler pressure), complete the overall look. The new feet are very elegant and stylish, similar to those of the "old" Rocket R58 V2.
For those who can do without the rotary pump and don't want to connect the machine directly to water, the Rocket Mozzafiato V is a truly excellent choice. A solid machine that you will enjoy for a long time.
The new Rocket Mozzafiato Type V Shot Timer espresso machine is the successor to the classic Rocket Cellini V3 PID. It differs only in its new housing, more attractive control knobs, and new feet.
