The Mozzafiato's housing is reminiscent of a bar machine. Thick-walled without appearing bulky, the material thickness of the outer walls is perfectly proportioned. No wobbly railing, but a housing cast from a single piece. Yes, that's already a plus. True to Rocket's style, the beautifully crafted exterior isn't marred by the blinking electronics of the PID controller, which is elegantly concealed behind the drip tray. The espresso brew switch on the right side of the E61 brew group moves smoothly upwards; no sticking interferes with the espresso extraction. The rotary pump hums quietly, and a picture-perfect espresso flows into the cup. Not quite 100% on the taste? Simply adjust the temperature on the PID display and perfect the next shot. The steam and hot water buttons are comfortable to hold and turn with just the right amount of resistance. A quarter turn further, and dry steam escapes powerfully. Now you're ready to go. In just a few seconds, the perfect milk foam is prepared. With a little skill, pour the milk onto the espresso and create a heart shape in the cup. Shot timer
The current Rocket Espresso Mozzafiato Cronometro R espresso machines are equipped with a practical shot timer. This is discreetly integrated into the front panel and starts as soon as the brew group lever for the espresso shot is activated. After the desired 20 to 25 seconds, the extraction can be stopped, eliminating the need to count any further.
Eco mode
The Eco mode allows energy to be saved. It can be activated or deactivated via a switch on the underside of the machine, depending on usage and requirements.
The rotary pump
