An excellent chai tea blend with spicy notes. The certified organic green tea gives it a special nuance. Its matcha and guarana provide an invigorating kick. Like all our chai teas, the Plaisir Kapha Chai is completely free of additives. It is certified organic and also suitable for vegans. This chai tea is sweetened with organic powdered sugar made from raw cane sugar and organic coconut blossom sugar.
Plaisir Chai can be easily prepared with hot water or hot/cold milk. We recommend 10-15 grams per cup. Simply add 2-3 heaped teaspoons to a cup, pour in the hot water, stir, and enjoy. Try it!
Please note: Our spiced teas are flavored with real spices, not artificial flavorings – therefore, some may settle at the bottom of the drink. If this bothers you, we recommend straining the tea before pouring.
The Plaisir Chai Teas
Plaisir Chai teas are classic Indian spiced teas. They are made from certified organic and vegan ingredients and are also gluten-free.
Our recipes focus on classic ingredients such as ginger, cardamom, anise, cloves, cinnamon, black or green tea, vanilla, or honey. We also avoid all additives and fillers.
Whether you enjoy the spicy Pitta Chai with ginger, anise and cardamom, the Vata Chai with a delicate honey aroma and vanilla, or the Kapha Chai with organic matcha and guarana.
As their name suggests, our chai teas follow the basic Ayurvedic principles of Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
In the case of Kapha Chai, the principle of the same name:
The Kapha dosha is described as the structural principle: it gives the body firmness and stability and maintains fluid balance. It is associated with the elements of earth and water. A balanced Kapha bestows strength, endurance, a good immune system, patience, and mental stability.
