The Nicaragua Miraflor Cooperativa Arabica organic coffee impresses with an intense flavor profile that harmoniously combines notes of chocolate, caramel, and orange. The delicate balance of sweetness and fruitiness gives this coffee a pleasant depth and a long, full-bodied finish. Whether brewed as filter coffee, in a French press, or as espresso, this coffee brings a complex aroma to every cup.


Origin and cultivation


This organic coffee comes from the Miraflor cooperative in Nicaragua, a region renowned for its excellent growing conditions. The coffee plants thrive at an altitude of 1,200 to 1,500 meters and benefit from fresh mountain air, volcanic soils, and a balanced climate. These natural conditions allow the coffee cherries to ripen slowly, resulting in the optimal development of complex aromas.


Cultivation follows organic standards without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. This sustainable management not only protects the environment but also promotes biodiversity in the region.


Harvesting and processing


The beans are hand-picked to select only ripe coffee cherries. After harvesting, they are washed and then sun-dried. This traditional processing method preserves the natural aromas and ensures consistent, high quality.
