The new Eureka Mignon Perfetto coffee & espresso grinder!
The new Eureka Mignon Perfetto mills were launched in 2020 and feature new, unique functions. All Eureka mills have a stainless steel housing, making them exceptionally robust.
The Eureka grinding discs are made of special steel and have a diameter of 50 mm. They are particularly well-suited for cleaning and maintenance, as they are very easy to remove. Three small Phillips screws need to be removed for this purpose. The bean hopper of the Eureka Mignon Perfetto holds approximately 300 grams of coffee/espresso beans and complements the angular stainless steel housing of the Eureka Mignon Perfetto. With the new Easy-Setting System, Eureka has introduced a fantastic feature that helps you quickly find your desired grind setting.
The small adhesive strip on the grind adjustment dial indicates the different grind settings. Since Eureka grinders are tested at the factory anyway, Eureka also tests the grind settings directly and includes this helpful feature for you at home. Small amounts of coffee residue are therefore normal and to be expected.
The new touchscreen display allows you to quickly and easily set the grinding time and the number of cups (one or two). The portafilter holder on the Eureka grinder is easily removable. This makes the Eureka Mignon Perfetto ideal for grinding coffee directly into a container, for example, for filter coffee. The Eureka Mignon Perfetto grinders are truly user-friendly and well-suited for beginners as well as professionals. Tip:
Please note that you should not fill the bean hopper completely. The coffee quality suffers significantly if the coffee remains in the hopper for up to a week. This causes the coffee to lose aroma and taste stale. Therefore, it is better to refill the bean hopper more frequently as needed, rather than filling it completely all at once.
