What is “Instant Grind Weighing Technology”? Eureka’s revolutionary, patent-pending system that allows you to grind by the gram instead of by time.

Extremely precise, with deviations of +/- 0.2 grams. This ensures a reliably perfect espresso shot. The set recipe (the amount of ground coffee) is consistently achieved.
Extremely quiet thanks to a unique anti-vibration system (64 dB). Grinding process stops immediately when the portafilter is removed (exclusive IGW technology).

With the Mignon Libra 16 CR, Eureka introduces the first Mignon grinder with an integrated scale! A true upgrade for complete precision, consistency, and perfect grinding results! The Eureka Mignon Libra 16 CR features "grind by weight" technology – revolutionizing the way you grind your coffee beans. The Mignon Libra's scale first weighs the portafilter (tare), then the ground coffee, until your preset weight is reached. The Mignon Libra 16 CR is incredibly precise, with a dosing consistency of 0.1–0.15 grams – minimizing coffee waste and ensuring consistently excellent results in your cup.

The mill is easy to use and handle.

Of course, in addition to the latest technology, ease of use is also crucial. Thanks to the intuitive touchscreen, this is no problem. You can choose between single and double shots, and other settings are quick and easy to adjust! The metal fork on the Mignon Libra 16 CR is easy to adjust and allows any portafilter to be used with the weighing technique. The Mignon Libra features a 55mm burr grinder with a productivity of 1.4–1.8 g/s. Eureka has incorporated an anti-clumping and anti-static system to ensure the grinder is always clean and the grind is consistently homogeneous. The Silent Technology ensures exceptionally quiet grinding, reaching a maximum of 65 dB.

Tip: For larger doses over 16 grams, we recommend a dosing ring, for example, the one from Rhino Coffee. With the speed of the grinder, this large amount wouldn't always end up cleanly in the portafilter!
