
An espresso blend that upholds Ethiopia's claim to be the best coffee-growing country. When we created this blend, our goal was to break with tradition and try something new. Our general practice has been to add Canephora to espresso to optimize crema formation. This time, we deliberately omitted it for the following reason: we believe that this "Robusta" component prevents the delicate, floral nuances from truly coming to the fore. Therefore, this coffee cannot reach its full potential.
With this blend, we've adjusted our roasting profile so that all the Ethiopian coffee varieties used can fully develop their characteristics. A magnificent interplay of floral nuances like jasmine, fruity notes of lime and lemongrass, and chocolate. An espresso blend you simply must try. Not just for coffee experts, but also for anyone who wants to experience a truly special blend in their cup. It's precisely because of espressos and coffees like this that we recommend visiting a small, specialty roaster!
