This coffee is ideal for French press or classic filter brewing. To fully develop its aroma, the water should not be hotter than 93°C. This preserves the floral nuances and gives the Sidamo a pleasant lightness that harmonizes perfectly with its spicy sweetness.
The coffee beans are organically grown and harvested by hand. Thanks to gentle processing, the natural aromas are preserved, ensuring a unique taste experience.
