  • Floral accents such as jasmine and orange blossom
  • Clear, medium-strong physique
  • Pure, balanced cup quality
  • Ideal for classic filter methods, French press or fully automatic coffee machines.

Origin & Cultivation
This specialty coffee comes from Anfilo, a mountainous, remote region in Wällägga (Wallaga). There, coffee has been cultivated in its original genetic form for over 500 years – mostly growing wild in the shade of the forest.

The Cueillette Henna cooperative unites around 100 small-scale farmers whose plots range in size from 2 to 10 hectares. Their specialization in specialty coffee results in a product with a distinctive character.

  • Altitude: 1,598 – 1,810 m
  • Variety: Moka
  • Harvest quantity: 3,600 kg annually
  • Certification: Organic, Bird Friendly

Sustainability & Quality
Anfilo Forest Coffee is:

  • organic certified
  • “Bird Friendly” – for the protection of native biodiversity
  • Wild-grown & hand-picked
  • Processed in small quantities
  • Part of an ecologically responsible project to preserve the rainforest

This combination of authenticity, nature conservation and traditional knowledge makes this coffee unique – an experience for responsible connoisseurs.

processing
The beans are processed using the fully washed method, which ensures clarity in the cup and well-defined aromas. The washed process particularly highlights the floral and honeyed nuances.
